In the medical kitting business, almost all the supplies we use have an expiration date. Although we try to order only what we need, sometimes these supplies expire before we're able to use them. Rather than sending them to the landfill, we look to see if these supplies can benefit organizations in need. This past month we donated a pallet of medical supplies to Project V.E.T.S. (Veterinary Equipment, Technology, and Supplies), an incredible 501(c)(3) organization based in Boulder, Colorado. They collect donated veterinary medical equipment and supplies and distribute these supplies into the hands of Veterinarians and others working with animal-related non-profits in almost 50 countries!
