Giving A Helping Paw

April 24, 2020

A letter from Project Vets thanking us for our medical supply donation.

In the medical kitting business, almost all the supplies we use have an expiration date. Although we try to order only what we need, sometimes these supplies expire before we're able to use them. Rather than sending them to the landfill, we look to see if these supplies can benefit organizations in need. This past month we donated a pallet of medical supplies to Project V.E.T.S. (Veterinary Equipment, Technology, and Supplies), an incredible 501(c)(3) organization based in Boulder, Colorado. They collect donated veterinary medical equipment and supplies and distribute these supplies into the hands of Veterinarians and others working with animal-related non-profits in almost 50 countries! You may not have extra medical supplies lying around, but there are plenty of other ways to help like donating or volunteering, and every little bit counts!

Donating Medical Supplies

Back in March, we donated medical supplies to two incredible 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. One of these organizations is Project V.E.T.S., who collects donated veterinary medical equipment and supplies and distributes these supplies into the hands of Veterinarians and others working with animal-related non-profits in almost 50 countries! The other organization we donated to is Esperança. They work to improve the lives of families in the most impoverished communities of the world through sustainable disease prevention, education, and treatment.
